I've considered myself to be an athlete my whole life. I love being active and being part of an active community. This year I felt my age catching up with me. I didn't have the energy, endurance, or desire to stay fit. Then I reconnected with Connor! My experience with this virtual training program has been phenomenal. Connor never uses shame or guilt to motivate me. He truly considers coaching his service to others to help them reach mind, body, and soul goals.

I recently became unemployed without warning and of course at the same experienced some health diagnosis I could have never seen coming. Staying the course with the workouts was the only thing I felt I had control over during that season of my life. I didn't want to let Connor down and I didn't want to have everything in my life come crashing down. That spreadsheet was my lifeline! I wasn't quite sure which way was up but I knew I wasn't going to get to the next stage of my life if I wasn't healthy.

The program, accountability, and support from Connor not only took me through a tough time but helped me excel. I recently had a PR after running my first 5K Trail Run! I highly recommend Push Pull Performance for any level of fitness, any age, male or female. Connor will help you reach your goals no matter the obstacles!

Connor has been my trainer for several years now. I was grossly overweight when we met and he's been able to help me with not only strength and conditioning to drop over 50 pounds, but also nutrition and mental aspect of being healthy.  I have been most impressed by his ability to create fun and interesting workouts based on my goals, and he's been able to help me continue to get into the gym despite some significant injuries over the years. 

I'm 45 years old and have played competitive rugby for 27 years of my life.  Needless to say, that kind of activity will give you some limited mobility and activity in the gym and during workouts.  Fortunately, Connor has been able to create functional workouts to help me build strength and prepare for future rugby competitions (even at my age).

In addition, I travel extensively for work.  Connor has taken the time to research the hotel gyms and provide me with customized workouts to fit my schedule and location.  No more walking into a hotel gym and spending half my time figuring out what I want to do.  Connor has a pre-set workout already set up for me; so the minute I walk through the door, I get to work!  He's flexibility and customization workouts have been critical for my work life, social life and active life, but the accountability aspect of his programs keep my true to my goals.  Thanks Connor Brown!
